Kir Royal

This tea is named after a French cocktail of the same name, based on black currants which this tea happily mimics. Highly fragrant and bright, this fruity blend of hibiscus petals, papaya, currants, black currants, elderberries, blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries create an intensely fruity cup with a biting balanced tartness. A slightly astringent aftertaste from the hibiscus petals keeps this tea from being overwhelming with how flavor-rich the berries and fruits build out within the cup.  Delicious hot or iced.
 
Brewing Instructions: Use 1 1/2 teaspoons for 12 oz of water heated to 195F/90C.  Steep 3 to 5 minutes.
